Mental Health Matters at Townsquare Interactive

At Townsquare Interactive, we know that mental health is a critical part of overall well-being—and we’re committed to supporting our employees every step of the way. In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we’ve been focusing on everyday strategies that make a meaningful difference in how we feel, think, and connect. 

From pop-up guided meditation sessions to expert-led webinars, we’ve created moments throughout the month for our employees to pause, reset, and prioritize their mental wellness. These small, intentional moments help promote balance and create a work culture where it’s okay to step back and care for yourself. 

Our employees also have access to a variety of ongoing mental health resources through our partnership with Cigna’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This includes: 

  • Free, confidential counseling sessions available 24/7 
  • Work-life support services, including help with financial, legal, and family issues 
  • Monthly webinars on topics like managing anxiety, mindful leadership, and navigating everyday stress 
  • Access to a digital library of on-demand wellness tools, articles, and assessments 

We also encouraged team members to explore helpful habits like: 

  • Starting the day with intention 
  • Taking short movement or screen-free breaks 
  • Nourishing their body with brain-boosting foods (we even shared a smoothie recipe!) 
  • Connecting with others, even for a quick chat
