As a vital member of our Inside Sales Team, your role is to connect with small and medium-sized businesses across the nation, offering our business management platform and digital marketing solutions. Your responsibilities include identifying, cold calling and qualifying prospects, conducting comprehensive needs analyses, delivering virtual demonstrations, and securing new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales pipeline and achieve individual and team sales goals
- Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify prospects’ pain points and showcase our customized solutions
- Conduct virtual demonstrations to effectively communicate our offerings
- Cultivate new business opportunities
- No Account Management required – our dedicated onboarding and service team takes care of that!
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
- Demonstrated success in growing new business
- Drive and competitiveness to surpass sales goals and advance your career
- Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- BA/BS degree (preferred)
