Over the past several months, Zach has hit quota four months in a row, demonstrating the kind of drive and discipline that set the tone for those around him. But it’s not just about the numbers, Zach’s real impact comes from the way he supports and uplifts his teammates.
A natural motivator, Zach has stepped up as a peer leader, running end-of-day huddles to keep morale high, mentoring new hires, and taking time out of his day to roleplay, share strategies, and help others succeed.
