Townsquare Interactive Employee of the Month: Ethan Rohrbaugh, Internal Quality Auditor
Since joining Townsquare Interactive in 2019, Ethan Rohrbaugh has worn many hats—each one adding to his deep understanding of our company, our product, and what drives success across every corner of the business. His unique perspective and cross-functional experience have made him an invaluable resource, and this month, we’re proud to recognize him as our company’s Employee of the Month.
As an Internal Quality Auditor, Ethan plays a pivotal role in transforming how we assess demo and IMR calls. Together with Brett and Manny, he has helped develop a smarter, more strategic review system—one that provides enhanced visibility into key trends across our sales organization. This system doesn’t just highlight performance metrics—it uncovers coachable behaviors that directly impact churn, giving our sales teams meaningful insight into how we can continuously improve.
Ethan’s proactive approach doesn’t stop there. He regularly audits data to identify and resolve issues before they become roadblocks, helping keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. His work connecting call insights to survival rates has also been instrumental in giving our directors a clearer picture of each sales representative’s true impact on long-term performance.
