Townsquare Interactive’s Employee of the Month Feature: June 2025

We’re excited to celebrate Isabel Diaz, Communications Manager in our Phoenix, AZ office, as the Employee of the Month for June 2025! 

Since joining Townsquare Interactive in 2021, Isabel has built an impressive career marked by growth, adaptability, and a true passion for helping others succeed. She started as a Business Development Representative fresh out of college and quickly worked her way up, reaching Senior Tier 4 before being promoted into management in August 2022. Over the years, she has led BDRs, closing teams, and full sales cycle teams, and in 2024, took on training and coaching for the Phoenix sales department. Most recently, in February 2025, she transitioned to the service department as Communications Manager, a role where she continues to make a lasting impact. 

Isabel’s initiative, leadership, and problem-solving skills make her an easy pick for Employee of the Month. Since transitioning to the service side of the business, she has been recognized for going above and beyond to identify opportunities for improvement, developing thoughtful solutions, and strengthening the bridge between sales and service. Her commitment to collaboration and team success makes her a true standout. 

Isabel credits much of her growth to the mentorship and leadership she’s received at TSI, as well as her willingness to embrace new challenges. She shared:

“Throughout my time at TSI, I’ve embraced a variety of roles, and I’ve always been the first to volunteer for something new. I thrive on the constant challenges these roles bring and the push to grow.”

When reflecting on her journey, Isabel says the biggest lesson she’s learned is that success comes down to effort and mindset:

“You don’t need to have everything figured out or be the smartest or most talented person in the room—you just have to be willing to put in the work.” 

In many ways, Isabel has grown up at TSI, and her story is an inspiring reminder of what’s possible with determination, curiosity, and a drive to make a difference. We’re so proud to recognize her as Employee of the Month and can’t wait to see the impact she’ll continue to make in her career here.
