Townsquare Interactive’s Employee of the Month Feature: May 2025

As our Corporate Trainer, Tiffany plays a crucial role in equipping new and existing team members with the tools they need to succeed. But her impact doesn’t stop at the classroom door. Tiffany brings a big-picture mindset to everything she does, always looking for ways to enhance the employee experience and improve how we support our clients. 

Last month, Tiffany went above and beyond by stepping back into her design roots to help build something truly game-changing: a modern, interactive demo site to replace our outdated PowerPoint presentation. With an eye for detail and a user-first approach, she worked closely with stakeholders across departments to bring the new tool to life. 

And she didn’t stop at the first draft. 

Tiffany’s responsiveness and collaboration throughout the process, no matter how many revisions or tweaks were requested, demonstrated the kind of patience, dedication, and professionalism that makes her such a valued member of the TSI team. Thanks to her creativity and determination, the sales floor now has a fresh, engaging tool that’s already energizing conversations and driving excitement for what’s to come. 

Her contributions have left a ripple effect across the organization, and we can’t wait to see the results her work will bring.
