Give Back with Townsquare: In-Office Volunteer Events and VTO
At TSI, giving back is part of who we are—and Spring is the perfect time to roll up our sleeves and spread some kindness in our communities. Whether you have a few hours or a full day, volunteering is a powerful way to support causes you care about and connect with others.
Making an Impact in Charlotte
Our Charlotte team has been busy showing up for the community in a big way:
- Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Charlotte: We assembled 200 Toiletry Kits and 50 Wellness Kits for families with children receiving medical care—offering comfort and care during challenging times.

- Roof Above: Nearly 40 employees came together to make and deliver over 400 sandwiches and bagged lunches to support Roof Above’s mission to end homelessness and bring the Charlotte community together.

- Classroom Central: Our team also created 50 backpack kits filled with school supplies and Notes of Encouragement for local students, helping ensure kids across Charlotte are equipped for a successful school year.

We’re incredibly proud of the compassion and teamwork our employees continue to show!
Don’t Forget: Townsquare Offers Volunteer Time Off (VTO)
Want to make a difference on your own time? Our Volunteer Time Off (VTO) policy lets eligible employees volunteer during business hours—without using PTO!
To qualify:
- You must be employed for at least 90 days
- Get manager approval for your VTO request
- Submit proof of your volunteer activity
Whether you’re packing food, mentoring youth, or offering your skills to a local nonprofit, VTO is a meaningful way to live out our values and support the communities we serve.
